Professionals warn about the Education Ministry's solutions: "it doesn't treat the root"

That's exactly the problem. We look at the grades when the child is already in advanced stages of the education system, but the gap is built much earlier. When a strong language foundation isn't built among children, it's no wonder they later encounter difficulties and show low grades.
