Our collaboration began when Chen managed the program and course "Israel AI: Social Impact and Responsibility in a World of Artificial Intelligence" at Tel Aviv University. Chen was a central partner in the initiative, at the start of 2019, to lead an election campaign aimed at putting the root causes of the cost of living on the political and media agenda. The campaign's main goals were to generate broad public awareness that would lead all party leaders to sign a "letter of commitment" to the targets we defined for solving root problems in core areas such as housing, transportation, banking and energy. The campaign was based mainly on digital and marketing activity intended to influence tens of thousands of citizens and, through them, dozens of elected officials.

Chen led the entire build of the campaign, from branding and marketing strategy through building a landing page, designing the Facebook page and shaping the content creative. He then led execution across all digital and marketing spaces while directing the PR agency working with us.

Throughout the campaign Chen managed the advertising budget, which covered video production, infographics, content writing and precise, targeted paid promotion to meet our goals. Despite short timelines and a limited budget, Chen generated quality exposure to hundreds of thousands of citizens who saw the plan across several spaces and through highly professional paid promotion. Engagement levels were high and the posts earned thousands of likes and hundreds of shares.

Along the way there were many challenges and complex problems, and Chen always managed to find the most professional and effective path to advance the goals. The precise strategy and content he led created a significant shift in the awareness of elected officials. That is how we met our goals: most party leaders signed the "letter of commitment" and we began working with them on the professional content for the coalition agreements — all thanks to their sense that the public cared about these root problems.

Chen has some of the highest professional abilities I have encountered in this field, excellent teamwork skills and a rare ability to analyze complex problems and offer creative, innovative solutions while rallying every stakeholder around the mission. On a personal level, what I appreciated most was his positive spirit and big smile, which bring enormous energy and belief in the mission.

Managing BINA's digital channels included coordinating and editing content around BINA's programs and events with a focus on diverse audiences, producing and designing targeted landing pages, leading campaigns for national events across several locations, professionally supporting internal teams, managing external professional suppliers, and overall management of annual advertising budgets across all departments.

Chen also successfully led a crowdfunding campaign for the BINA house in India, an international Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign for BINA, and took part in planning and launching an annual national project that quickly gained wide resonance.

Chen Bareket built a workshop for us on the customer journey and the integration of marketing tools into the recruitment and professional training processes of caregiver-educators, for organizations working in the early childhood field. The workshop was developed together with our headquarters team, which sharpened the needs and the content it covered.

The workshop was professional, focused and of high practical value. Chen presented an orderly and relevant approach connecting marketing principles with the unique challenges of recruitment, onboarding and professional support in early childhood education and care. Encountering tools from other worlds gave the teams an opportunity to look at their daily work with fresh eyes and to sharpen processes they already had in place, sometimes without noticing.

The workshop introduced a systemic framing of the caregiver-educator's journey, from initial exposure and first contact, through the recruitment process, to integration into training and professional development. The emphasis on user experience, on precise messaging and on building consistent, meaningful processes enabled a re-examination of existing practices and the identification of points for improvement, and for strengthening commitment and retention.

The workshop combined strategic thinking with practical, applicable tools, delivered at a high professional level, with sensitivity and a genuine understanding of the field. It broadened our perspective and strengthened our ability to develop precise, well-adapted recruitment and training processes.
