Parents are investing in coding, cyber and AI to prepare their children for the future, but artificial intelligence is changing the rules of the game. Chen Bareket: "We can't give children an exact map of the world of 2040, but we can give them a compass."

Selected excerpts from the interview.
We can't give children an accurate map of the world of 2040, because we don't have such a map. But we can give them a compass: curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, the ability to learn and change — along with an understanding of how these look in a world of artificial intelligence. Those are the tools that will allow them to deal with professions that don't exist yet.
We call this approach “a compass instead of a map”: developing curiosity, critical thinking and the ability to learn as tools and professions change. It is also the foundation of the AI training we design for teams.
